The ENT services at Maithri Speciality Clinics is a state-of-the-art facility for diagnosing ENT and Head-Neck related disorders.

Rigid Endoscopy
Rigid Endoscopic examination with both 0-degree and 70-degree 4mm sinus endoscopes.
Flexible Nasal Endoscopy
Flexible endoscopic examination of the nose using a very thin 2.9mm diameter - chip on tip technology - flexible endoscope. (This is the first of its kind and the only one at present, made available in Mangalore.)
Rigid Endolaryngoscopy
Rigid endolaryngoscopic examination using a 70-degree 8mm dedicated laryngoscope.
Karl Storz Camera
Karl Storz camera for all the rigid endoscopic examinations with recording facility. All the study results are copied onto a CD and handed over to the patient for documentation and future reference.
Flexible Laryngoscopy
Flexible laryngoscopic evaluation is done using the flexible endoscope.
Stroboscopy
Stroboscopic examination of the larynx for assessment of voice-related disorders.
Pediatric Endoscopy
Pediatric endoscopic evaluation of the nose and throat is done comfortably in children above the age of 2 years, using the same 2.9mm chip on tip endoscope.
Otoendoscopy in Children
Otoendoscopy as well as rigid nasal endoscopy in children is performed using the 2.7mm diameter rigid endoscope.
Suction Ear Cleaning
Suction cleaning of the ear is undertaken using the endoscope as well for the sake of precision and comfort.
Audiology
There is a dedicated two-room audiology setup for all the basic audiological tests such as audiometry and tympanometry.
Neonatal Hearing Screening
Facility for neonatal hearing screening is available in the form of Oto-acoustic emission testing or OAE testing.
Instrument Sterilisation
All the instruments to be used for the examination are sterilised using standard sterilisation protocols such as autoclaving for the metal instruments and liquid sterilisation for the endoscopes.
